3:15 PM – First look at Rembrandt

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM – Couple offsite for photos at Chautauqua

4:30 PM – Guests begin to arrive

4:45 PM – Couple returns from Chautauqua, staged in North room for ceremony

5:00 PM – Ceremony begins

5:20 PM – Ceremony ends

5:20 PM – Guests move downstairs to cocktail hour

5:45 PM – Amber & Mark sign marriage license with kids as witnesses

6:50 PM – Guests invited upstairs by caterer & coordinator for dinner

7:00 PM – Guests are all seated

7:05 PM – Dinner service begins

7:35 PM – Sweetheart cake & dessert displayed

7:45 PM – Thank you speech from the couple

7:50 PM – Cake cutting

8:00 PM – First dance
