7:00 AM – Doors open,

Becca will arrive for getting ready in bridal suite

8:00 AM – Ben arrives at Rembrandt to get ready

10:00 AM – Becca heading to Flagstaff with photographer, 

Ben heading to Flagstaff with videographer for first look

12:00 PM – Ceremony begins at Sunrise Amphitheater

3:00 PM – Cocktail hour begins (2nd Floor)(stationed appetizers)

3:50 PM – Guests invited to reception by Savory

4:00 PM – Guests seated, couple & wedding party stage in bar room

for Grand Entrance and enjoy champagne toast together,

Rembrandt staff move “guest book” to bar room upstairs

4:10 PM – Wedding Party and B & G announced from bar room

4:15 – Couple first dance in front of front doors

4:20 PM – Dinner buffet opens (pre-set bread, couple served)

5:00 – Dessert and coffee out

5:05 PM – Toasts (6), drink in hand

5:15 PM – Cake Cutting

5:20 – Tribute song/dance for Ben’s Mom on dance floor, 

open dancing to follow

9:15 PM – Last call 

9:30 PM – Bar closes

9:55 PM – Last dance with guests 

10:00 PM – Guests depart 

11:00 PM – All vendors depart
