Set-up notes:

– Black Linens

– Lounge furniture on 2nd floor will be furniture out of Whiskey Lounge

– Larger cocktail tables with seats on East side will be Whiskey Lounge high tops and bar stools. The rest will be rental cocktail tables

– Whiskey lounge will be closed

– 2nd floor bar will be (2) 6′ tables (one wood, one plastic from RY)

– All white lounge in use on 3rd floor 

 

GARAGE PARKING

Additional parking is available across the street at the Hotel Boulderado for $4/hr or $30 overnight

Parking for: Sammy (DJ)

Leftover food/dessert going home with Jayna.

No holding room. 

RY to coordinate liquor pick-up. Please ensure client gets ALL opened alcohol at end of night.
