10 AM – Doors open

*Bride will come early to drop day-of items & set-up macrame arch decor

2 PM – Bride getting ready at Hotel Boulderado, Groom getting ready at Rembrandt (as desired)

5:30 PM – Bride & Groom arrive back at Rembrandt, staged in second floor bridal suite to prepare for ceremony

6 PM – Guests begin to arrive (3rd)

6:15 PM – Ceremony begins

6:30 PM – Ceremony concludes

*Bride & Groom retreat to second floor bridal suite, sign marriage license. Sugar Pine has signature cocktails & plate of apps ready.

6:30 PM – Cocktail hour begins (2nd)

7:30 PM – Guests invited to reception by Sugar Pine, Urban Events Co.

7:40 PM – Guests seated

7:42 PM – Katie & Brett announced in from N. Room

7:45 PM – Couple served. Buffet opens – Sugar Pine to release tables

8:20 PM – Dessert out

8:40 PM – Toasts (Drink in Hand)
