*Ceremony begins off-site at Boulder Bookstore
6:30 PM – Guests & Client arrive on 3rd floor
7:00 PM – Welcome from parents, speeches by slideshow (Rembrandt Microphones)
7:15 PM – Guests begin finding seats, buffet opens for dinner
8:00 PM – Cake is cut by savory, placed out on dessert table
8:00 PM – Hora begins, open dancing after
9:30 PM – Bar closes
10:00 PM – Guests depart
11:00 PM – All vendors out
