2:00 PM – Guests begin to arrive, passed appetizer service begins, stationed appetizers open

4:00 PM – Guests depart, mezzanine reserved at Rosetta Hall 

5:00 PM – Rosetta Hall mezzanine reservation ends

5:00 PM – Vendors depart
