4:30pm – Caterer arrives for setup – 2nd floor
Bartenders arrive – 2nd floor
Alcohol delivery from B Town
6:00pm – Reception begins, guests arrive – 2nd floor
7:30pm – Last Call (soft)
7:45pm – Bar closes
8:00/8:15pm – Event ends, guests depart

DAY 2:
8:00am – Doors Open
8:30am – Coffee Delivery – 3rd floor
AM Drinks (10 guests) – 3rd Floor
9:15am – Guests Arrive – Small group in North Room (3rd floor)
11:15am – Guests depart for offsite lunch (The Kitchen Event Space)
1:00pm – Guests arrive from lunch, 3rd floor gathering with Chevron setup on West side and circle on East side
About 10 chairs will have to be moved from East to West side for transition
2:30pm – Coffee Delivery – 3rd floor
2:50pm – PM Drinks/Snacks (70 guests) – 3rd Floor
3:00pm – Breakouts begin (4 pods each floor, 9ppl each w/ table)
4:30pm – Final Gathering – 3rd floor – Chevron setup on West side and circle on East side
Again, about 10 chairs will have to be moved from East to West side for transition
5:00pm – Guests depart

DAY 3:
7:30am – Doors Open

8:20am – Guests Arrive for breakfast – 2nd floor
9am – Prominence Pulse – 3rd floor, West Side, Chevron seating w/ projector & screen
Move coffee to 3rd floor with other bevs (1 water station on each floor)
10am – Breakouts begin (4 pods each floor, 9ppl each w/ table)
10:30am – PM Snacks (50 guests) – 3rd floor, move remaining drinks upstairs
12:00pm – event ends, guests depart
2:00pm – Doors close
