3:00 pm – Doors Open, caterer arrives for setup
5:00 – 5:15 pm – Guests arrive 2nd Floor, cocktail hour
5:45 pm – Guests invited to Reception by Blackbelly
6:00 pm – Guests seated – assigned seating 3rd floor
6:00 pm – Dinner begins, Family style
7:00 – 7:30 pm – Dinner ends, guests invited back to 2nd floor for dessert and coffee
7:30 pm/whenever dinner ends – Dessert on 2nd floor
7:30 pm – Table numbers get flipped to table names
7:45 pm – Guests invited back upstairs for trivia
8:00 pm – Trivia starts 3rd floor
9:00 pm – Event ends, guests depart, cleanup begins
