2:30 PM – Photographer arrives at Rembrandt Yard

2:30 PM – Busses arrive at Rembrandt Yard

2:45 PM – Caterer arrives

2:30 PM – Bride arrives at Rembrandt Yard. Put on dress on and take some photos. 

2:45 PM – Guests begin to arrive to load on busses 

3:00 PM – Busses leave for Sunrise Amphitheater

3:00 PM – Ceremony musician arrives at Sunrise Amphitheater

3:00 PM – Party Liquor Arrive

3:20 PM- Guests begin to arrive

3:20 PM – Couple & parties are staged for ceremony

4:00 PM – Couple signs marriage license at Ceremony site

4:05 PM – All group photo, followed by extended family, followed by immediate families, followed by just party (siblings)

5:35 PM – Couple returns to RY, joins cocktail hour

6:00 PM – Guests invited upstairs by caterer & coordinator for dinner (plated)

6:20 PM – Welcome & Thank you from the newlyweds
