12:00 pm- Hair & make-up arrive at venue

12:00 pm – Bride & party arrive for getting ready

12:00 pm – Groomsmen arrive at getting ready location
(Friends hanging, no official party)

12:00 pm – Cake delivery – Personal cheesecake for cutting. Petit Fours from Shamane’s 

12:30 pm – Lunch delivered to Rembrandt Yard – By friend or family member

1:00 pm – Photography coverage begins
8 hours first shooter, 4 hours second shooter

1:00 – 2:00 pm – Getting ready photos

2:00 pm – Bride gets dressed

2:30 pm – Caterer arrives and begins set-up (tables, linens, etc.)

2:45 pm – First Look
At RY – outside, weather dependent 

3:00 pm – Hair & Make-up complete

3:00 pm – Bar team arrives

3:00 pm – Floral designer arrives for set up

3:15 pm – Family Photos

3:30 pm – Ceremony entertainment arrives for set up & sound check

4:00 pm – Earliest guest arrival

4:15 pm – Couple & parties staged for ceremony

4:30 pm – Ceremony begins

5:00 pm – Ceremony ends

5:00 pm – Cocktail hour

5:05 pm – Marriage License signing. Just the couple.

5:10 pm – Couple private moment

Drinks & snacks with license signing – game time decision (Ryan – Old Fashioned, Brooke – G & T with Extra lime)

5:30 pm – Last couple photos

5:32 pm – Grand Entrance into Cocktail Hour

6:00 pm- Guests invited upstairs to reception

6:15 pm – Guests seated for dinner

Plated dinner, pre-set salad escort table with cards – guests will seat themselves

6:20 pm – Welcome from: the couple, Microphone set on table

6:45 pm- Dinner Service Begins – Plated

7:15 pm – Announce for refresh of drinks from the bar

7:30 pm- Toasts (#2) – drink in hand, champagne for couple , Order of toasts: TBD

7:45 pm – First Dance

7:47 pm – Special Dances

7:50 pm – Open dance floor

8:00 pm – Cake cutting – announced

8:15 pm- Dessert out

8:27 pm – Sunset – no sneak out

9:00 pm -T-shirt toss – maybe to open the dance floor

9:15 pm – Last Call

9:30 pm – Bar Closed

9:45 pm – Send everyone down for private last dance

9:55 pm – Last Dance
