This event offers a unique insight into wedding planning, where you can explore top-tier services, get inspired, and connect with the experts who will help bring your dream day to life. Whether you’re local or planning from afar, our showcase is the perfect opportunity to discover everything you need to make your wedding truly special.
This year, we are proud to partner with A Precious Child, a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential. 100% of all bar sales will go directly to support their mission. We offer a variety of booth sizes to fit your business needs & budgets:
- 8′ table & booth– $880
- 6′ table & booth – $680
- 4′ table & booth – $480
3′ tabletop only – $380
New for This Year: Shared Booths!
You now have the option to share a 6′ or 8′ booth with another vendor.
Please note: You must arrange your own booth-sharing partner, as we cannot offer matchmaking services at this time. Be sure to apply together if you’re planning to share a space!

FAQs
When do applications open?
Applications open to 2024 participants September 19th and to all vendors October 9th.
How many vendors will be able to participate?
This depends on the number and size of booths applied for, but we anticipate between 45-55 vendors will be able to participate this year.
Will I get to choose my booth location?
Only sponsors are able to select where in the venue they would like to be placed, but we will do our best to ensure that vendors are spread out evenly and not placed adjacent to like vendors.
What is the anticipated turnout for this event?
We anticipate 250+ attendees and 40-55 vendors.
