VENDOR INFORMATION
We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the Boulder Wedding Showcase where you can connect with over 100+ couples from the Front Range who are actively seeking wedding vendors. This is an exclusive opportunity to showcase your services and meet potential clients face-to-face!
We plan the theme and details beginning in June and announce in late summer/early fall. Applications open to past vendors in September, and applications open to all interested vendors in October. The vendor list is curated and participation agreements are sent in early December. We do offer a waitlist if our vendor list fills up, and make all final decisions before the end of December.

When do applications open?
Applications open to 2025 participants September and to all vendors October. Final dates TBD.
How many vendors will be able to participate?
This depends on the number and size of booths applied for, but we anticipate between 45-55 vendors will be able to participate this year.
Will I get to choose my booth location?
Only sponsors are able to select where in the venue they would like to be placed, but we will do our best to ensure that vendors are spread out evenly and not placed adjacent to like vendors.
What is the anticipated turnout for this event?
We learned this year, that this is unfortunately very weather dependent. While we anticipated over 170+ attendees, we only hosted about 100+.
We do anticipate ticket sales between 150 – 220 in the coming year with renewed marketing efforts.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION
The 26th Annual Boulder Wedding Showcase is a boutique wedding showcase aimed towards education and inspiration versus just sales. It provides the opportunity to meet with a variety of different vendors in a low-pressure environment, to ask questions, try samples, and get quality face time with the best of in the business.
Vendors are also invited to participate in basket giveaways and offer show specials, resulting in great opportunities for those planning weddings!
We plan the theme and details beginning in June and announce in late summer/early fall. Vendors design their booths within this theme, and help offer inspiration to those in the early stages of planning.
