This event offers a unique insight into wedding planning, where you can explore top-tier services, get inspired, and connect with the experts who will help bring your dream day to life. Whether you’re local or planning from afar, our showcase is the perfect opportunity to discover everything you need to make your wedding truly special.

This year, we are proud to partner with A Precious Child, a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing children in need with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential. 100% of all bar sales will go directly to support their mission. VENDOR INFORMATION

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in this year’s Harvest of Love Wedding Showcase, where you can connect with over 100+ couples from the Front Range who are actively seeking wedding vendors. This is an exclusive opportunity to showcase your services and meet potential clients face-to-face!

BOOTH OPTIONS

We offer a variety of booth sizes to fit your business needs & budgets:

  • 8′ table & booth– $880
  • 6′ table & booth – $680
  • 4′ table & booth – $480 

  • 3′ tabletop only – $380

New for This Year: Shared Booths!

You now have the option to share a 6′ or 8′ booth with another vendor.

Please note: You must arrange your own booth-sharing partner, as we cannot offer matchmaking services at this time. Be sure to apply together if you’re planning to share a space!

By joining us as a vendor, you’ll receive:

  • Your selected booth space in a our light filled venue.
  • Table, linen & power.
  • An opportunity to connect with over 100 engaged couples who are actively looking for vetted wedding vendors.
  • Vendor Mixer the day before the event, where you can network with fellow participating vendors and establish meaningful partnerships.
  • Exclusive Attendee List to help you follow up with couples after the event.
  • Breakfast on the day of the event, so you can focus on showcasing your best work.
VENDOR APPLICATION

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1ST

Applications for vendors will close on December 1st. A Rembrandt Yard team member will reach out to you with confirmation of your participation, a vendor agreement, and send out an invoice within the week. 
 
If you are not selected to participate, a wait list will open based on date of application and booth availability. Wait listed vendors will be contacted December 15th, 2024 and given the option to participate. The wait list will close on January 3rd with all vendors confirmed January 10th. 

SATURDAY, JANUARY 25TH

Boulder Wedding Showcase Vendor Mixer
4 PM – 7 PM 
 
Please join us in taking the chance to meet the other vendors participating in the showcase, say hello to old friends, make new connections, and enjoy a thank you from Rembrandt Yard for helping us put this together.

 This is a FREE event, but we do request RSVPs. There will be registration at the event as well.

FAQs

When do applications open?

Applications open to 2024 participants September 19th and to all vendors October 9th.

How many vendors will be able to participate?

This depends on the number and size of booths applied for, but we anticipate between 45-55 vendors will be able to participate this year.

Will I get to choose my booth location?

Only sponsors are able to select where in the venue they would like to be placed, but we will do our best to ensure that vendors are spread out evenly and not placed adjacent to like vendors. 

What is the anticipated turnout for this event?

We anticipate 250+ attendees and 40-55 vendors.
