1:00 PM – DJ arrives at RY to set reception set-up, then heads to Sunrise

1:30 PM – Shuttle picks up party & family at hotel, then Rembrandt & heads up to Sunrise.

2:00 PM – First look & private vows at/around Sunrise. Brooke to stage Abby, then get Haleigh from shuttle for photos. (TBD BASED ON DOGGIES)

2:30 PM – Caterer arrives at RY

2:30 – 3:30 PM – Hazel’s delivers beverages

2:30 PM Photos with family, parties, and pups at Sunrise (TBD BASED ON DOGGIES)

2:30 PM – Shuttles pick up at hotel

3:00 PM – DJ arrives at Sunrise Amphitheater

3:00 PM – First guest arrival at Sunrise

3:15 PM – Couple staged for ceremony

3:30 PM – Ceremony begins

4:00 PM – Ceremony ends

4:05 PM – Quick large group photos at Sunrise

4:15 PM – Dog Sitter & Dog Depart (TBD BASED ON DOGGIES)

4:15 PM – Shuttles head back to Rembrandt Yard for cocktail hour

4:15 PM – Couple last photos off-site

4:30 PM – Guests enjoy cocktail hour

4:45 PM – Couple heads back to RY

5:10 PM – Couple returns to RY, private moment with snacks & drinks before joining cocktail hour

5:20 PM – Couple joins cocktail hour

6:00 PM – Guests invited upstairs by caterer & coordinator for dinner (plated)

6:05 PM – Couple staged in North Room for Grand Entrance

6:15 PM – Guests are all seated

6:20 PM – Grand entrance into first dance(s)

6:22 PM – Welcome & Thank you from the newlyweds

6:25 P – Dinner service begins

7:00 PM – DJ to announce refresh drinks
