8:00 am – 12:00 pm –  Equipment rental delivery

9:30 am –  Hair & make-up arrive at St. Julien

11:30 am – Photography coverage begin

1:30 pm Bride make-up & hair finished

1:35 pm – Bride gets dressed, getting ready photos

2:00 pm – First look with Katie & dad at St. Julien

2:30 pm – Hair and makeup complete for everyone

2:30 pm – First look with Sean at St. Julien (maybe private vows)

2:45 pm – Couple photos
around St. Julien/Downtown

3:00 pm – Caterer arrives and begins set-up (tables, linens, etc.) at RY

3:00 pm – Beverage delivery and bar team arrival

3:00 pm – Reception DJ arrives for set up and sound check at RY
Will head to Chautauqua after

3:00 pm – Cake delivery with Angie and owers

3:15 pm – Couple & parties head to Chautauqua for photos and ceremony

3:30 pm – Family photos
at Chautauqua

3:30 pm – Ensure florals are set at Ceremony site

3:45 pm – Couple staged for processional at General Store patio

4:00 pm – Ceremony begins

4:30 pm – Ceremony ends

4:30 pm – Finish family photos

4:35 pm –  Marriage License signing
Officiant will sign license at General Store Patio

4:45 pm – Whole group photos & toasts at General Store patio

5:00 pm – Earliest guest arrival at Rembrandt Yard

5:00 – 5:35 pm – Cocktail hour

5:20 pm – Last couple photos offsite

5:30 pm – Champagne & cider pre-poured for guests and set out

5:35 pm –  Invite guests upstairs for toasts & dinner

5:40 pm – Dinner stations open

6:00 pm – Grand Entrance into dinner (from elevator)

6:05 pm – Toasts (3)
Order of toasts: Dad’s first, then TBD.

6:20 pm – Thank you by the Newlyweds – remind people both floors are open to enjoy

7:10 pm – Food stations close, break down food station 2 & 3

7:20 pm – First Dance

7:22 pm – Father/Daughter Dance

7:25 pm – Mother/Son Dance

7:30 pm – Open dance floor – DJ 1 Pat

7:30 pm – Dessert out

7:45 pm Cake cutting – Unannounced
