M & K – 06/24/22

Looking back on 2022, we hosted many incredible events and experienced one of our busiest seasons to date! Between all of the incredibly patient 2020 couples that had to reschedule, to the newly engaged couples that chose to celebrate their love with us, we served as a venue for so many incredible love stories.

One that stands out to us for many reasons was our June 24th wedding photographed by J. Murphy Photos. High school sweethearts, Mollie & Karsten, held an intimate affair that started out with a stunning mountain top ceremony at Sunrise Amphitheater, a popular choice for many Rembrandt Yard couples. This was followed by styled family photos and intimate shots amongst the last of the summer wildflowers at Chautauqua Park. Guests then met down the mountain, here, at Rembrandt Yard, for a lively cocktail hour while the couple enjoyed bubbles and newlywed bliss.

Snowberry Floral Co. curated their vibrant displays and set a beautiful reception with the help of Collective by Sachs, repurposing the arch piece and providing a *moment* at the grand entrance. After cocktail hour, guests were invited upstairs to enjoy BlackBelly’s delectable menu featuring fresh, seasonal flavors with a plated dinner.

TH Entertainment announced the arrival of the couple sharing their new last name as they made an entrance under the sparkle of disco balls to “Boogie Wonderland” by Earth, Wind, and Fire – a perfect entrance for a couple sharing a love of music. After a sweet speech thanking their loved ones, dinner began. BlackBelly designed a truly stunning menu featuring a local summer salad, house-butchered meat and mouthwatering sides. Dinner led into heartfelt speeches that left the entire wedding alternating between laughter and tears. Speeches gave way to dancing, and boy, was there dancing! Once the dance floor opened, every single soul in the venue hit the floor while TH kept the tempo up and the party going. After much celebrating and endless boogying, guests departed, and the couple was left alone for one last song. Though the wedding ended within our walls, the celebration continued to Rosetta Hall. The couple and their guests enjoyed the mezzanine lounge that overlooks the dance floor, finishing the night and ringing in their first official night of matrimony. We wish Mollie and Karsten a lifetime of boogying!
