Located in the heart of downtown Boulder, Rembrandt offers two floors of rental space, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows boasting gorgeous views of the Flatiron Mountains, with light birch wood flooring throughout. The venue is flooded with natural light during the day, and has dimmable professional lighting that creates a warm romantic glow. Hosting anything from birthdays to corporate events to weddings, this venue is sure to offer a setting your guests will never forget.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

You may work with any insured full-service catering company from our list of preferred vendors. Full-service catering includes customized menu options, event staffing, food preparation, food service, event setup and breakdown. Our staff at Rembrandt Yard will work with your selected caterer to ensure your evening goes as planned. Most catering companies also provide bartending services. Due to our status of a private event space, you are permitted to bring in any outside alcohol as long as it is served by a licensed and approved bartender! Any bar service companies selected to work your event must have all employees handling alcohol TIPS certified and also obtain liability insurance with Rembrandt Yard listed as additionally insured.

Due to City of Boulder regulations and our downtown location, Rembrandt Yard cannot permit food trucks for events.

COORDINATION

Rembrandt Yard requires all weddings to hire a professional day of coordinator or planner. This person may not be a family member, wedding guest or member of the wedding party. You may choose our in-house coordinator or select an outside service.

CAPACITY & FURNITURE

Our venue can accommodate seated events up to 125 people or cocktail-style events up to 200 people! Our venue fee includes: 15 round tables  (5 ft) , 4 banquet tables (6 ft) , 4 banquet tables (8 ft), 5 cocktail tables, 125 wooden folding chairs and access to both floors of the venue (6,500 sq. ft.). We are excited to now offer two getting ready suites: The Champagne Suite and The Whiskey Lounge.

RENTALS

Event Rents is our exclusive vendor for rentals, such as specialty tables & chairs, linens, table settings and glassware. If Event Rents does not supply items you are looking for, you may rent elsewhere. Any and all other specialty rental deliveries must be delivered and picked up within your rental period. 

LOAD IN & LOAD OUT TIMES

An agreed upon timeframe is established during your final walk through of the venue. You are welcome to begin loading into the space as early as 8 AM on the day of your event. Guests should be scheduled to leave at midnight & all event staff should be scheduled to leave by 1 AM.

OVERNIGHT STORAGE

If you do not want the stress of leaving with any gifts, decorations or non-perishables after your event we offer a secure, on-site holding space. All belongings must be picked up by noon the following business day.

DOWNTOWN PARKING

Our downtown venue does not have any onsite parking. The City of Boulder owns & operates a paid, covered parking garage 1 block away. Rembrandt Yard can offer up to 2 street parking spaces to be reserved with minimum of 2 weeks notice.

AFTER PARTY

Exclusive to events hosted at Rembrandt Yard, Thursday, Friday & Saturday bookings include a complimentary reservation of the entire Mezzanine at Rosetta Hall’s nightclub.

PETS

Rembrandt Yard allows you to bring cats, dogs & miniature horses to join you on your special day! We just ask that your pet is always leashed and supervised.

MOBILITY

Rembrandt Yard has an elevator that services all floors of the building.

SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR PERMIT
FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

According to the City of Boulder liquor policies, any event that has an exchange of money and service of alcohol means the client must obtain a Special Event Liquor License. This includes but is not limited to tickets to attend the event, drink tickets, cash bar, as well as any events that are open to the public and alcoholic drinks are being served. The Special Event Liquor License is the sole responsibility of the client and must be obtained no less then thirty (30) days prior to the event date, as per liquor code regulations. City staff requests that you call or email to schedule your intake appointment no less than forty (40) days prior to your event. You can contact the City of Boulder Licensing Division at (303) 441-4192 or [email protected]. The client must bring in their poster of proof of license into Rembrandt Yard office as soon as it is approved and obtained, and our staff will post according to guidelines. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in an alcohol-free event.

A wedding coordinator takes care of the many intricate details throughout your wedding day. From concept to execution, our wedding management team is trained to bring your vision and plan to life.

THE "LOGISTICS" COORDINATION

This planning service is tailored for the couple who intends to handle the large majority of the planning on their own and would benefit from logistical assistance.

  • Create and maintain a collaborative wedding folder containing planning documents and contracts
  • 1.5 hour intro meeting where together we will create and initial wedding day timeline and floor plans for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception (90 days prior to wedding)
  • Final vendor communication
  • Lead final venue walk through
  • Orchestration of ceremony rehearsal
  • 12 hours of wedding day support and coverage
  • Setup, breakdown and collection of any celebration elements and decor

THE "DETAILS" COORDINATION

This planning service is designed to support the couple who would like to delve further into their wedding day details, allowing their vision to come to life.

Includes everything in the “Logistics” package, plus:

  • An additional planning meeting 1 month after intro meeting to create a customized decor inventory and rental order
