TIMING

  • Rental of the venue is for the entire day beginning at 8 AM with all clean-up being complete, and all vendors departed no later than 1 AM. 
  • Rehearsal time is set based on availability only. The date & time will be decided at the final planning meeting host 4-8 weeks prior to the event and is limited to 1 hour. 
  •  A one-hour final planning meeting is included in the rental of the space with the Director of Events, caterer, and any other vendors that wish to come. 

INCLUSIONS

  • Basic plate ware, flatware, and glassware including:
    • Appetizer plates, dinner plater, dessert plates
    • Three forks & one knife
    • Water glasses pre-set at tables. Bar glassware including high ball glasses, champagne flutes, and wine glasses.
  • Round dining tables, cabaret tables, and banquet tables
  • 150 folding natural wood padded chairs
  • Floor length base linens and napkins for 125 (30+ colors to choose from)

VENDORS

Catering – clients must hire a caterer from our approved caterers list. All caterers are full-service and have the ability to provide staffing, customized menus, service items, and bartending services. 

Non-approved catering – please inquire for details and restrictions.

Entertainment – TH Entertainment is Rembrandt Yard’s preferred entertainment company. Other DJ’s and bands are permitted but subject to Rembrandt Yard approval.
